Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-paid courier label provided with your order over the previous delivery information.
Schedule Collection
Contact our designated courier to arrange a convenient pickup time or drop off your package at an authorized service point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans in Italy verify the integrity of the returned garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
